From estimate to pickup
What happens to your car at each step, and when you hear from us.
Estimate
You send photos or bring the car in. We look at the damage and work out what the repair involves.

- The estimate, within one business day, by call, text or email.
Approval
You approve the estimate, or your insurance company does if it is a claim. Nothing is repaired before that.

- A date to bring the car in.
Teardown
We take off the damaged parts. Sometimes that shows damage the photos could not, like a bent bracket behind a bumper.

- An update if the teardown changes the estimate. If it is a claim, any change goes to your insurance company for approval.
Parts and repair
Parts are ordered and the body work is done: panels repaired or replaced, and the structure checked.

- An update if a part is delayed.
Paint and finish
Repaired panels are prepared, colour matched and painted, then the car is put back together.

- An update if the finish date moves.
Pickup
We check the repair and hand the car back to you.

- A call when the car is ready.
